Preparation: 35-25 minutes
Cooking time: 7-8 minutes at 180°C

INGREDIENTS for 4 people:

  • 200 g Molino Spadoni Coconut Flour
  • 180 g sugar
  • 30 g rice flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g softened butter

PREPARATION:

In a bowl, or in a food processor, mix all the ingredients well, cover, and put in the fridge for half an hour or more. Then form little balls using your hands, placing them on a baking tray lined with baking parchment, and cook at 180°C for around 7-8 minutes. These little biscuits are perfect both for breakfast, dipped in milk, and for a healthy snack. As a dessert, they are great served with sweet wine or ice cream.
