Stone-ground Semolina, thanks to the slow processing with a stone mill, which does not heat the semolina, preserves all the nutritional characteristics at their best. The reduction of the granulometry makes it easier to work the dough and promotes faster hydration.
Particularly suitable for the production of semolina bread, Mediterranean pizza and other cooking preparations. It is also ideal for the production of homemade pasta, both used pure and mixed with Gran Mugnaio Antigrumi 00 Soft Wheat Flour.
