Instant rising, with the addition of cream of tartar, “old-fashioned yeast”, convenient and quick to use, suitable for savoury preparations: piadina, frying batter, pizza and gnocco fritto (fried dumplings), and other yummy recipes for savoury pancakes, savoury muffins, savoury pound cakes, etc… It does not contain flavorings for sweets.
Ingredients: leavening agent: monopotassium tartrate E336 (cream of tartar) 48%, corn starch, leavening agent: sodium bicarbonate E500ii.
May contain GLUTEN (WHEAT), MILK, SOYBEANS, SESAME, LUPINE and MUSTARD.
