Our Spelt Pizza Mix is an instant mix with a base of stone-ground spelt flour, for easily and quickly making a spelt pizza, rich in fibre with a rustic flavour. Just add fresh yeast, extra virgin olive oil, and water.

Ingredients:
Organic SPELT wheat flour 75%, stone-ground soft WHEAT flour – type “1” (23.2%), iodized salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, enzymes.
May contain SOYBEANS, MILK, MUSTARD, SESAME, LUPIN.

Packaged in protective atmosphere.
