Our Instant Pizza Mix is an instant mix with a base of stone-ground flour, for a soft, flavourful pizza that is extremely quick to prepare. Simply add fresh yeast, extra-virgin olive oil and water.

Ingredients:
Stone-ground type “1” soft WHEAT flour (76.3%), rice flour, leavening agents: glucono-delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate; dried WHEAT sourdough (malted WHEAT flour, starter cultures), salt, powdered skimmed MILK, deactivated dry yeast.
May contain SOYBEANS, MUSTARD, SESAME, LUPIN.

Packaged in protective atmosphere.
