7-grain black pizza Mix

Grain-based mix enriched with sesame and sunflower seeds for a country-style, crunchy pizza. It is a product specifically created for the world of pizzerias that is characterised by the particular taste given by the skillful combination of 7 different types of grains (soft wheat, rye, spelt, barley, oat, corn, rice). The mix gives the dough a dark and very “rustic” appearance, and the sesame and sunflower seeds create an explosion of natural and genuine tastes.

Grains 96% (soft WHEAT flour – type “1” , RYE flour, SPELT flour, BARLEY flour, whole OAT flour, corn flour, rice flour), SESAME seeds 2%, sunflower seeds, cane sugar, enzymes.
