Our Turmeric Panotti, belonging to the new line of bread substitutes, the Panotti Line, came out of the success and high quality of our Turmeric Bread Mix, skillfully created to make good, tasty bread that is distinguished by its yellow colour, its flavour and its light texture. Crunchy, crumbly, light Panotti, ideal for cocktail hour, or as a simple snack, made with type “1” soft wheat flour with turmeric, extra-virgin olive oil, sunflower seeds, black flax seeds, spelt, wheatgerm and oat bran.

Ingredients:
Soft WHEAT flour – type “1”, extra-virgin olive oil, sunflower seeds 4.5%, flax seeds 4.5%, SPELT flour, WHEATGERM 2%, salt, dried soft WHEAT flour sourdough, fresh yeast, turmeric powder 1%, WHEAT gluten, OAT bran, malted grain flour (BARLEY, WHEAT), cane sugar, olive extract.
May contain SOYBEANS, SESAME, MUSTARD, LUPIN and MILK.
