A professional gnocchi mix, ideal for both artisan and industrial production. Thanks to the optimal balance of ingredients and the superior quality of the raw materials used, this mix will give your gnocchi the perfect tonicity and resistance to cooking.

Ingredients:
Potato flour and flakes 55% (dehydrated potatoes, emulsifier: E471, stabilizing agent: E450i, preservative: sodium metabisulfite E223 (SULPHUR DIOXIDE), spices, antioxidant: E304, acidifying agent: E330, stone-ground soft WHEAT flour – type “1” (38%), rice flour, powdered skimmed MILK, salt, leavening agents: glucono delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate; dried deactivated yeast.
May contain SOYBEANS, MUSTARD, SESAME, LUPIN.
